700 learning hours in total. The status report grows over the whole course, from your transfer assignments.
You learn from your own cases, in a fixed rhythm and with feedback every three weeks. To do this we combine two proven approaches: Scrum sets the rhythm, the AVIVA model the structure of every learning unit.
You learn from tasks in your company instead of textbook examples.
Every three weeks you see where you stand.
Pace and focus follow the class.
The course is based on Scrum. Every sprint has a topic, a goal and a result: your transfer assignment from your own company. You experience the agile way of working yourself, which is also exam material.
Live session on Tuesday evening. The sprint's learning units are ready on Scale Campus.
Practice exchange or peer group. Plus an exercise in the exam format.
Transfer assignment in your own company. Submit by Sunday evening, discussed in the next live session.
AVIVA is a model widely used in Swiss vocational education. In five steps it leads from getting started to application.
Clarify goal and topic
Experience from your company
